I have no cameras.
That's my instant disappointment.
Nor have I managed to borrow one from friends, nor from my department. We have three cameras, all in Bicol. Pfft.
In the meantime, I have my trusty iPod to take snapshots. Not much. I won't even bother uploading them.
But it gives me another idea. Maybe I'll tick off places in the Philippines I've been off to - for work.
March 12, 2012. My first time to set foot in Panay Island. Hello Roxas City. Not much glimpse of the place. But I saw Cogon Island. Which was beautiful from afar.
Then land traveled for three hours to Iloilo City.
Inside the van, I awoke to see a majestic orange lining the sky. The sun was about to set. And the hills, they were lovely. The scenery, picturesque. I will trust my memory to drink it all in, and hopefully, I won't forget it in the next few years.
Iloilo.
It was a far cry from what I have imagined Iloilo would be. I understand the language. Afterall, I am half Ilongga. And I love their gimmick places. Albeit it's a Monday, so I don't necessarily expect to have many people around. And I can't call my current gimmick buddies. Hey, hop on the red eye to Iloilo! :))
Ahh! My blog is a list of to-do's and to-writes. I must find time to sort out 3,000 pictures from my recent OTC escapades!
Till then! Thanks for patronizing, readers. Ta! Ta! Cheers!
Fine, here's a picture.
